Cluj  the capital of Transylvania   is inhabited by Hungarians and Romanians, Hungarians used to be the majority  but are now an minority  of 20 % due to the post war ethnic cleansing .

Till present day the basic rights of the ethnic Hungarians of Cluj-Napoca are denied.  Chauvinism is  openly practiced and ethnic hate is encouraged  by the highest ranking officials of this city.
